Mark, the wily kayak fisherman, is wearing the bass smooth. Not just schoolies but some big ones as well. He is fishing his favorite topwater baits in very shallow water to catch 12-15 fish per trip in water that is running in the mid 60s.
These fish are coming out of water that in some places is less than a foot deep and this includes a lot of the big fish.

Get out there and get after them, the fish are going nuts now so you need to get in on it before the summer heat shuts them down. Be safe and wear your PFD.
